A hidden Chinese restaurant selling authentic Chinese la mian and skewers. Dishes can also be ordered from their neighboring restaurant Alijang. Loved their spicy Xinjiang noodles as well as chicken skewers. The rest of their sides are on average. Would be back to review on their tianshui mala.

Located in VivoCity, this restaurant truly delivers the genuine taste of traditional Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles. The noodles are springy, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the grilled lamb skewers are perfectly seasoned and tender — an absolute must-try.
Special thanks to Kahou for the exceptional service — attentive, friendly, and professional. Small touches like providing napkins add to the overall comfort of the dining experience.
This is already my third visit, and it certainly won’t be the last. Highly recommended!

I ordered the recommended A1 beef noodles but couldn’t compare to tongue tip 兰州拉面. 舌尖尖 noodles texture is better and soup tastier. I also tried their yogurt which is surprisingly the star of all the food!!! SUPER CREAMY AND SMOOTH. PLEASE GIVE THE YOGURT A TRY!
Service is very slow no chop stick provided when noodles were served until we asked the waiter.
The hygiene is very questionable. I saw they used the same cloth to wipe the tables without rinsing the cloth. Imagine that cloth wipe 90 tables per day. Confirm stinky. Yucks

Food was very good... that's if you can appreciate chinese food. Oily but what do you expect. Noodles texture were perfectly done as they were freshly made. Grills were very tasty with the seasoning sprinkled on it. Downside was after the meal was super thirsty... probably a little too much salt.
Atmosphere was relatively rowdy. Loud talking from the Chinese people and babies wailing. Well other than that, pretty decent. You can control how spicy you want the noodles to be as chilli oil was on the sides.

Very interesting concept, where you can choose the noodle thickness, from 1mm to 50mm, flat or round noodles. Loved the beef noodles, with had a flavorful broth. The skewers were a nice companion to turn noodles, especially liked the lamb skewer. The Chinese pancakes were good too, with a good amount of ingredients and meat inside.
Atmosphere was a little cramp but service was great! The location is beside marche on the roof level, might be a little hard to locate.
