This store is amazing! I was lucky James was here to help me. He was so patient helping me pick a pair of glasses, offering advice on the best shape, style and size. Would happily come back and recommend

Ms Joanne Tan at Vivo City outlet did an excellent service to re-string my Oakley spectacles. She is polite and professional. I will come back to make glasses with her again.

The service was awful .When I inquired about the spectacles , the auntie with specs and short hair shot me a judgmental look, as if I couldn't afford it. I asked her if there were other stores available, and she responded rudely with a dismissive eye roll. I went to Paris MIKI and the service was so much better .I went to W Optics few years back at Jewel the service was so much better even purchase the Dior Spectacles ,Service dropped
