TungLok Heen brings Michelin-recommended Chinese cuisine to Hotel Michael at Resorts World Sentosa, where internationally acclaimed Celebrity Chef Susur Lee and Senior Executive Chef Ken Ling craft contemporary Asian creations that honour tradition while embracing innovation. The name 'Heen' derives from Cantonese meaning 'Pavilion', and this sophisticated restaurant lives up to that elegant designation with clever lighting, dark wood and shades of red creating a slick, modern Chinese restaurant atmosphere that feels special without being intimidating.

Signature dishes like wok-baked crab with white pepper, braised king prawns with superior soya sauce, and char-grilled Kurobuta pork jowl demonstrate the kitchen's technical mastery and commitment to quality ingredients. Each dish balances bold flavours with refined presentation, creating dining experiences that justify TungLok Heen's Michelin recommendation and position as one of Sentosa's premier Chinese restaurants.
Located at Hotel Michael's lobby level at 26 Sentosa Gateway, units 02-142/143, TungLok Heen offers both special occasion dining and business entertaining in an environment that impresses without overwhelming. The White Sultan Fish is a native freshwater species that's typically found in Malaysia. This fish is believed to have been served to imperials and sultans, hence its name. It flaunts a long body that can reach up to 60cm, complete with delicate pearl white flesh, and embedded with big and firm scales. Amongst freshwater fishes, its value is second only to Empurau - one of the most sought-after fish. Its diet consists of fruit figs that drop from trees, contributing to the clean flavours it lends. Steaming the White Sultan Fish causes its scales to stand, providing a spectacle to diners with its unique appearance. Complementing its appearance, it boasts an exceptional sweetness with tender delicate flesh paired with firm texture. We recommend that you dip it with the rich sauce that the chef has specially prepared, making certain an unrivalled dining experience. In addition, the White Sultan Fish is high in Omega-3 oil which is known to prevent and manage heart disease.
All the dishes were extremely salty, even though we had specifically requested less salt. They tasted very bad and were overpriced. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be coming back to this restaurant again. The Google review is overrated.

Had dinner at Tong Lok Heen during our Sentosa staycation. The food was amazing — highlights were the cereal butter prawns, sweet & sour pork, and seafood fried rice with sakura ebi. Great Chinese fine dining experience. Would love to come back!
Our only regret was not being able to order the roast duck and roast meat, as they were already sold out before 6pm.

Chinese restaurant with very delicious food. There are many types. Easy to order via tablet that can see the appearance of the food before. Roast duck is delicious. I recommend ordering with cherry tomato. Crispy pork is also well done. Not greasy but crispy and delicious. Suitable for many people because the dishes are large.

Well deserving of their Michelin mention, food was great. We ordered the set for simplicity’s sake and surprisingly, all dishes were well done.
The baked paper crab, steamed lobster were unique and pretty well done. Loved the ee fu Mian. Claypot fish? Nice. We added a grilled pork neck. Wow. Duck was superb and tasty.
I would definitely come back
