I visited “The Face Shop” and was disappointed by my experience. There was only one staff member available, who was busy with another customer. I patiently waited hoping to get some guidance on my purchase but when a customer shouted to make a payment, the staff member quickly left without any acknowledgment or apology. It felt disrespectful. Overall, the service could have been much.

My friends and I went to this particular outlet to get some skincare products and were extremely upset because we encountered an extremely rude and stuck up staff named Fiona. She rolled her eyes when we were discussing about the products in our own opinions and was really slow with the payment process. Did not even want to provide us with a plastic bag till we asked for it.

Went to vivo city outlet on 5 Dec @ 7pm and the service was EXTREMELY bad!! Ask the staffs on some products recommendation which show no interest to recommend. NO WONDER the shop is empty!! If THEFACESHOP management is seeing this post, pls do something!!
