Stuff doesn’t know products well, request for a screen protector for gaming and he got the clear for me instead .. wasted almost $40

Great selection of items, very fair pricing and good customer service. There is a cheaper concession nearby but the quality of products doesn't seem that high

Staff probably need some training to do sales. What is the SOP for customers to test on earphones? Current experience feels pretty unwelcoming.
