Second time visiting to do screen protector replacement after my phone changed. My previous clear film replacement last for 2 years+. Price is reasonable for such quality. Also bought universal travel adapter from this store. The store is located at 2nd floor and is halfway towards the HarbourFront Centre. Overall great service.

Went in tech house vivo. Was attended by a staff by the name Andy. I ask him on the types of projectors there is and what is the different between them. He explained to me in details and met my expectations in terms of affordable and value for money. He is so welcoming that it makes me feel like he is genuine in serving a customer. Great customer service!

Nice place with quality products. Went in to get my Phone case and it was awesome. The guy helping me was very helpful. After getting the case, my screen protector actually bubbled up when I put the case on. The guy help me to re-paste the screen protector even tho it was not purchased from them.
Ended up getting a power bank and extra cables. Will definitely recommend the place and go back again.

I am giving 1 star not for service but for product. Purchased Spigen Apple Watch ultra case. The case was not usable because it caused my watch display to not work well and thus could not unlock the watch. Wasted money for less than 1 day use. Lousy Spigen Apple Watch ultra case. Interested buyers beware, it may work at the shop but because performance is intermittent it does not give a consistent experience. Should not even be sold.

Tech house is one of the few stores in VivoCity for mobile phone accessories. As distributors for Spigen and UAG, I won’t say much abt the brands because they speak for themselves. The reason why you should drop by is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look out for Sam. Top service, good advice, friendly, no obligations and does not product push. I have gone back about 3 times now for cases for my handphones, screen protectors and straps for my Apple Watch.

Visited on 1 May around 9:30pm, as recommended by word of mouth, to get myself a phone case and the male staff on duty at the time was very approachable and helpful. The place is nice and clean as well; it was generally a stress-free and pleasant experience.
