My regular spot for a well deserved break. Brunch, lunch or coffee or dinner. The staff are well-trained. And the food quality hits the right spots for me. Favourites are - pasta and the mussels. And the hot latte.

Tcc has continued to uphold quality in their food. I'm always impressed by just how much value for money it is. Feels like fine dining at casual dining prices. Always tastes good, always good service. Enjoyed all their jumbo river prawn pastas (including specials), Hamburg omurice, scallop capellini.

The food was served well and swiftly with good service rendered. The price is on the high side but the food was delicious but I wish the portioning was bigger. (With the price given, it should be commensurate with it)

The ambience was the best part!! Super cosy place to have a meal / high tea at with comfortable seats to hang out and chill. Ordered the wagyu hamburg steak with omurice, as well as steak. The steak itself was nice and not too tough to chew, but the fries used to be nicer (each fries were bigger and had more crunch). The miso butter sauce was quite unique but took me awhile to get used to it. This is my first time ever trying wagyu hamburg and omurice so I don't know how it was really supposed to taste like but I liked the wagyu hamburg itself but felt a bit jelak (overwhelming). Overall still not bad, will come back mainly for the atmosphere

Clean and spacious with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. Food was great. We ate: beef burger with omu rice - quite an acceptable portion for the money - beef burger was juicy and tender; barramundi with shaved fennel and lunor potatoes - delicious, the fish was cooked to perfection with crispy skin; sweet potatoes fries with truffle dip - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, best sweet potatoes fries. A jug of water was $2.50, however, it was the most refreshing water because of the lemon and lime slices. The food is served quite fast from the moment you order it. However, a suggestion for the staff would be to pay a bit more attention to the dinners and their requests. We waited quite a while to get the water. Overall a good experience.

This dish is a true visual and culinary delight. The barramundi fish fillet is perfectly seared to a crisp golden brown, with tender, flaky flesh beneath. A bed of fresh greens and finely shredded cabbage adds color, texture, and a refreshing crunch. Topped with thinly sliced onions, microgreens, and a glossy sauce, the dish balances acidity and sweetness, enhancing the fish’s natural flavors. The thoughtful presentation and vibrant ingredients make this a must-try for seafood lovers. Elegant, fresh, and flavorful—this dish is a standout!

We came here for drinks after lunch. The ambience was nice and relaxing. They had a variety of drinks but not so much desserts. We ordered a variety of different coffees between us. The drinks were all rather pricey so expect to pay over SGD 10 for a cup of coffee after tax.
