Food is fresh and their service is great. Waiters changed our plates and grill, top up charcoal and also cleared empty trays promptly. Would have been better if they provided thicker cuts of beef under the premium buffet.

The A5 Japanese waygu beef platter is heavenly. It melts in your mouth.
Kudos to the service staff member Kelvin. He is very attentive and service-oriented. He is proactive in serving customers and even brought us a plate of watermelon before we ordered it. He mentioned that the watermelon would help cool us down while sitting next to the heat from the yakiniku BBQ. Additionally, he noticed that we were peeling prawns and proactively brought over a bowl of ice water with hand soap in it for us to wash our hands. Well done, Kelvin! You truly serve with heartfelt dedication, and many staff members in this restaurant could learn from your example.

went for ala-carte instead of buffet and regretted halfway, should have gone for the premium buffet.
all the beef cuts are indeed premium and good quality. orders are served fast and staff js friendly and helpful with the grilling.

Ordered the premium buffet and tried all the different wagyu beef but only the ribs was good. I felt that the other parts somehow have a bad taste to it after cooking...
There was a corner of the restaurant with a spread of drinks and desserts but apparently that was only for hotpot buffet guests? I don't quite understand the concept - that premium buffet guests have to pay additional for drinks and have acces to a limited dessert list, which is not even accessible on the buffet menu.
The staff who confirmed my reservation also informed that there will be a small cake for us, because it was one of our birthdays, but no, the cake didn't come. I'm okay without it but it was still a broken promise.
Staff was friendly and efficient though.

Kelvin is such an attentive and friendly service staff. Went over for dinner on 29/07 with another friend. He was so welcoming and even told us how long to cook each meat or how to cook the vegetable. 10/10 my experience because of his service. Will go back just for his service.

MISLEADING. They advertise a deluxe set menu but there is no T&C stating it applies only for lunch, not dinner, on the printed menu.
There was no server at the front to address any customers despite it being a Thursday night, the restaurant was half empty, and us having a booking.
In the end, we had to order the buffet for 5 pax. It was good but we came here for the deluxe set initially, and we're slightly disappointed at being misled.
The male manager server had a dour look the whole time.

Service was slow. Maybe it was near closing time, and the 1st thing they showed us was the "killer price" set menu.
Daughter had a craving for grilled meat that evening, so we ended up at the restaurant. Not my cup of tea, but I was gamed to try something new.
Nothing fantastic in my opinion, and I probably won't go and eat again

He anticipated our needs without being intrusive and handled our requests with a smile. His service added a special touch to our meal truly one of the best waiters we’ve had in a long time.
