This Sake holds the delicious pure taste of rice. You can enjoy its dry flavor whether cold or warm.
After fermenting in its raw state in low temperature, it will conserve all the freshness of its fragrances. Nonetheless, its thick flavor gives "Ninja" a magnificent taste and very particular character which will make you finish your cup as a Ninja would finish his training with elegance and harmony. This Sake is our brewery's pride.
Freshly pressed and without going through the pasteurization process, it is stored in a very low temperatures environment. You can always enjoy the fresh taste and fragrances of such young Sake. This Sake serves chill and recommended to keep Sake refrigerated.
While conserving all the good flavors of rice, this super dry sake was brilliantly made and ischaracterized by the sharpness of its taste. You can enjoy it cold in summer time or warm in autumn.

A wonderful experience at Syun. High quality food and their lunch sets were of amazing value. Their signature beef with uni was divine to say the least! We appreciate the team who was on point with their service delivery and very attentive as well.

Thank you Jeremy from Syun who promptly and patiently served the dishes for our dinner. He explained all the dishes with great details. The food serve was fantastic and the entire restaurant atmosphere is fantastic for a date night with my wife! Additionally, he is very prompt in ensuring that our food and drinks are served or refilled. He is also very attentive to details. Thank you once again Jeremy I would definitely recommend this place for the fantastic and excellent food, service and last but not least, the great atmosphere.

Definitely one of the best japanese restaurant in singapore. I always come here whenever i visit singapore. Not only they serve the freshest sashimi and ootoro, but they serve it with heart. What can I say about Sentosa and Michael hotel. It s beyond imagination. But this restaurant here is a gem. Guest service is 7stars. Chef Quin is an amazing person and thank you for sharing with me your stories and knowledge. Tha cabbage you recommended , you were right. I don’t know what you put in there but this is the best dish I have ever tried. I also liked the mushroom. Very unique flavours. Jeremy, Ai and may others, you are all amazing. Great team. Finally Chee Wai, I am 50 years old and I could never Imagine that there is a waiter like you. That what you are doing I never saw it in my life elsewhere. Congratulations team you made me feel welcomed and special and it is an experience I will never forget and I will see you next year again.

Invited to Syun by two close buddies. The attentive service staffs are great, atmosphere feels cozy yet classy. Omakase was served by Chef Gary who was very attentive to our taste palette while explaining each of the dish’s flavors.
