Very lousy customer service. This staff showed annoyance the whole time. I wanted to buy three swimsuit but decided to just buy one because of her attitude. My friend also wanted to buy for her son but decided not to because of her lousy service

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service (lazy and rude) - please avoid this branch and head to their Jem Branch instead. Sun Paradise Brand itself has quality swim wear and gear, at affordable prices, just don’t waste your time coming to the Harbour Front branch. I’ve purchased from them before at the Jem branch and had a fantastic experience.

Good products, but lousy customer service from the staff. I went into the store to browse and the staff did not seem to welcome us (was pulling a straight face). Thought she was busy serving other customers and had no time for us but after she was done so, she had no intention to come up to us and serve too. When asked for suggestions, she just laugh and said it is up to personal preference (not wrong but the way she laughed and put it across made me felt uncomfortable). We did not know we could try on swim wear and she did not make it clear too until the end when I contemplated whether to buy as the swimwear might not fit me. She commented: That’s why I ask you to try. Service was bare minimal, only doing what was required.

Absolutely horrible. They charge $29 for swimming diaper that costs $7 on Amazon. I get it that retail store are slightly expensive then the online. But 4x cost is day light robbing! I am never going to that store again

There's no customer service and the staff seems to not welcome the customer. Ask for size and seems like have no intention to sell the swimsuit just because it doesn't seem to have my size. Worst service.

I would like to give a bad feedback on the customer service we got from your saleslady named Jialing (name on her ID) I hope I remember the name correctly, she is the fat lady (with obvious double chin) who is on duty today December 25, 2017. Do not get me wrong with the descriptions I used, I am just describing her to make sure that you know who am I referring to because I might not remember her name correctly. We went to your shop in Vivo city to buy swimming booties,of course as a normal customer we looked for colors and sizes of the booties. She is not helpful at all. Me as customer I know my size and as petite girl sometimes I buy shoes on the kids section because I have a small shoe size. I asked her what is the biggest size for the kids booties (coz I like color pink booties) then she just told me that those pink booties are for kids. I asked her again for the largest size coz I have the feeling that it will fit me. Then she said no, I insisted that I want to try it. Then finally she looked for the size that I want and I tried it on and it fit me. I asked her to look for size 40 black booties and she was able to find one. She is like a dead person standing there watching us fitting the booties. She is not a normal saleslady who would give detials on their products or ask customer how it feels wearing the product or give idea if bigger booties is better for swimming things like that. She just left us without saying anything and approached a different buyer. Maybe she thought we do not have money to buy 2 booties so NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE was given to us. It made us feel that she treated us that way because she might be thinking that we cannot afford those booties compare to other customers who she approached when she left us without saying any word, a simple "excuse me" can make the situation better. When she saw the I already put the 2 booties on the casheir's table she went to your money machine (i do not know how you call it) and punched the items I bought without a word and said thank you which i know she just felt obliged to say coz I made a purchase. If I just have time to look around to other stores to buy booties, I would love to leave your store and buy somewhere else but unfortunately I do not have the luxury of time eventhough today is holiday. So we bought 2 booties for $55.50 with a VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVEN BY JIALING!!! This is not the first time we bought from your store, we bought our swimwears from your stores whenever we need it, not everyone gives good customer service but JIALING HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Next time I will not consider buying on your store again and I will tell my family members, friends, officemates and business clients how bad your service is. Your products maybe good but your staff like Jialing make the products bad. I hope you can retrain her to improve her customer service. I want to know what will you do about it. If I can post my review without clicking a star I will do that but not choice so I just clicked a star.
