The picture shows that they have some mentaiko sauce. The bento was not great as same as Tori, but the Yuzu drink is exceptionally delicious! It’s Bad meal. I'm making my first and last purchase of it. Sharing this with my friends and family is not highly advised. Disappointed in the meal

Went to Vivocity newly open outlet to redeem my Shopee voucher on 14 Jun 2025 The staff don’t even know what I am talking about Need to check the details of the voucher n call to verify End up I think I am given the wrong Chicken Karaage as stated in the voucher I am given a stick of Chicken Karaage in my bento instead of Crispy Chicken Karaage with Mentai Mayo sauce

They got my order wrongly, the forgot to give me a skewer. I normally am not bothered by rude customer service because I understand the pains of a service staff. However, they got my order wrongly, short changed me by missing out my skewer. To top it off, the service staff was impatient and slightly rude towards me for not knowing how much to pay (this is me being as objective with no bias). I suggest avoiding this eatery if you prefer actually getting the food you paid for.

Staffs didn’t even have basic etiquette for running the store.. was infront hoping they bother asking customers what to eat. But one was spinning the rag 🤢 and the other glued to phone. Way to go for a new store.
