Really love the products, and my go-to store for kids gifts. BUT the customer service left much to be desired. While I don’t expect special treatment, the attitude when asking about certain things felt quite off-putting. The cashier, Siti, was pleasant and approachable, which I appreciated. However, the gentleman who was giving instructions around the store came across as unnecessarily bossy and rather arrogant. And judging by other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who felt that way about him. A bit of retraining would go a long way.

i love going to smiggle. the staff are always so friendly and approachable. i came in expecting bad service after seeing reviews however it is not the case. i love smiggle. respect is a mutual effort :)

The VivoCity smiggle collection was nice, but the staff was not so hospitable.For a kids’ store, the staff’s demeanour was very intimidating and unwelcoming. We were too awkward to look around much . So just bought a few things.

Kids absolutely love it here. I love how they've added a table for kids to draw, doodle and use all of their pens. What a smart way to get kids engaged. My kids ended up asking me to buy the gel pens that they used at the store. Friendly staff and well decorated store.

Very unpleasant experience at Smiggle VivoCity. Staff was cold and unresponsive even when we spoke politely. No smile, no acknowledgment—very unprofessional, especially for a kids’ store. Disappointed to see such poor customer service. Management seriously needs to look into staff training at this branch.

Bad experience and bad customer service. Malay lady staff with gold bracelet, colored hair, dark skin was not keen in helping me get the kids wallet. Im not sure if she's mute as there's no customer service approach between us. She just unlock the place where wallets were lock and waited for me to "self service" and didnt say anything. Ill be apologetic if she's mute but if she's not, please ensure your staff is equipped with customer service approach. If she's lazy to take, atleast tell me to take myself. Im a customer but i felt like im serving her and she's the customer.

I had an extremely disappointing and unwelcoming experience at this store. I intended to purchase a backpack as a gift and noticed the 20% promotion for new member sign-ups. After signing up for the membership, I returned a few hours later, ready to buy the backpack. During payment, I informed the staff about my 20% new member discount, and she asked me to show the confirmation email—which I hadn’t received or been informed about. When I checked and mentioned that I did not received any email, she responded with a cold, deadpan expression, saying, "The email is not immediate. Everyone’s email is not immediate," without offering any help or clarification. I was shocked not only by her dismissive attitude but also by the delay in Smiggle’s system in sending the email. This experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated, and as a result, Smiggle has lost a customer.

Rude staff at your Vivo City outlet. I was asking him nicely about a product and his reply and tone was rude. Please train your staff to be more welcoming to customers and not be rude when customers ask them questions.

This Smiggle water bottle is poorly designed. The straw is always stucked to the cap making it not possible for my child to drink from it. It was a waste of money and would not recommend for any one to buy it.
