I had a great experience at SK jewellery Vivocity. The staff, Josephine Yap were friendly and helpful, and they had a beautiful collection to choose from. I found what I was looking for at a good price. The quality of the jewellery is excellent.

The customer service is excellent. Crystal Gan knows lot of knowledge about jewelry and her customer services is excellent. If you drop by, and you need assistance, do look for her.

I walked into SK Jewellery at VivoCity just to browse, as I had always dreamt of owning a diamond earring but was hesitant to make the purchase. Josephine Yap was warm, genuine, and absolutely pleasant from the start. She patiently assisted me, shared honest and helpful advice, and showed me a variety of options—all without any pressure. Her service was exceptional—professional yet friendly, and never once did I feel judged or rushed. In the end, it was because of her that I finally took the leap and bought my All Star Diamond. Rainbow Chong was our SA. She was very patient and spoke gently with us. Didn't get the size since I have tiny fingers. She arranged for a closer size to my finger the next day. Next day came, and we arrived at the store. We told them we would come back and think about it. But she wasn't pushy at all. The apple tea was really good 😂 I came for the wedding band, stayed for the tea 🫖☕. Thank you, Rainbow 🌈
