Serve by Ms Rainbow Chong. She is friendly and patiently serve my wife and I on what we need. We visited during Friday afternoon, this is a nice time to patronise as there is no crowds and we have ample time to look for what we need. We find the design is pretty and of good variety. Worth trying if you are considering buying gold.

I would like to compliment few of your staffs at ViVo outlet. Few weeks ago, i was helping a friend to look for a specific pendant which has no stock. But Josephine , took the extra mile to check other outlets. After a few days, got a follow up text that stock is available. On the day, it was her off day. It was a seamless coordination within the team. Abbie and Rainbow assist on the full sales process. From finding the reserves item, to verifying the weight of the item. It makes the retail experience very easy. Keep up the great work.
