We were told to go to Vivo Centre opposite Starbucks but there wasn’t any office there. I think this is a scam. I will be getting my money back from my credit card company.

The counter staff (young) was rudely asking a group of young boys that they can bring "amah" (me) to visit Sentosa.
Is this kindness or rudeness to address a local Singaporean visitor who wished to know more about visiting Sentosa (110625 around 4-5pm)

This appears to be a scam walked completely around and inside the Vivo City mall and no booking office anywhere nor does anyone in the mall know where it is.
FOLLOW UP:
Not a scam but the booking office is on Sentosa Island at the Cable station, not at Vivo City Mall as indicated on Google Maps and the email sent with the tickets link.

Terrible customer service. We were directed by the people at the gantry to come here for a QR code for Sentosa access. One of the staff, Marina, was extremely rude from the get go and was practically yelling at us. Buy your tickets online instead.

Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Told us the wrong place and time for the cruise that we paid $105 for. When we arrived the staff told us the time was completely off by 2 hours. An absolute joke.

I’m sorry to say this but the customer service not even worth 1 star!!!
Had a horrible experience at the ticketing office at Resort world Station, the staff - “Typical local aunt” was rude and unhelpful as she serving me with her mobile phone & no eye contact. And it wasn’t busy at all. That’s just not acceptable!
RWS is undergoing lots of construction works currently, etc. Cable car. Remember you’re hired to work at RWS tourist station, be approachable & professional. Something need to be done about this. What a disgrace.

Special promotion $5 per ticket for seniors from Mt Faber to Sentosa & return, incl 2nd cable ride tour, just next to the main cable STN in Sentosa, finally a bus tour to the beach with 3 stops for 2 hrs! The promo ends in Sept.
Good bus tour conducted by experienced guide, Raffiah & Driver, Mohan, very considerate who took care of my mother & made her want to go back again!
Finally don't forget, get a special lunch treat at the Albora Cafe just next to the cable office! At special price of $12++ for seniors!

DO NOT BUY UNIVERSAL TICKETS FROM HERE. This gets you a voucher to pickup a ticket when you get there when for the same price you can use the kiosk there. You will be very disappointed after waiting in line with a pointless reservation code.
