June 2024 - Among all the restaurants along the marina waterfront, this has, by far, the most enthusiastic staff, compare to the other restaurants. - Walked past two days, and two different staff greeted us. - Perhaps because they were located more on the far side, away from W Hotel that the staff had to be more hardworking to encourage people to try their food. - We tried the guacamole, and the seafood paella. Food was decent. - Definitely great service! 💯 🫰🏻👏🏻

We found out about Sabio by the Sea from an online article, mainly boasting about their views by the port. To be honest, the food was a good standard but also a little boring. For the price point i don’t think I will come back. The service was good though.

Sabio by the Sea, Sentosa Cove: We’ve just completed an epic holiday including Catamaran gawking in the bays of Montenegro, Croatia and Orchid in North Macedonia. This feels like a mini extended episode of our never-ending (good God no) holiday. It’s a smaller berth but what a bevvy of some of the sleekest and spanking new Catamarans that greet you if you seat yourself facing the handsome line-ups before the promenade. Sabio by the Sea isn’t the best tapas you’ll ever sink your teeth into but it’s good enough. There are so many bells and whistles - promos after promos so it’s a pretty good deal you get. There’s happy hour 1 for 1 - Aperol Spritzes for $15. We did a massive bike ride so appetite was reduced but we managed calamari, seafood paella and the lava caramel cake. Seafood paella is gorgeous but for those who love their paellas done right with the crispy sofrito, this will be a disappointment. Lava cake took a while but it was good fun to crack it open and out oozes the rich caramel. Service was friendly and it was worth the 17 KM bike ride for the mini riviera Mediterranean boats bobbing up and down the water ambience. Plus, the interior was the most fun in the entire promenade. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Sabio brings the color and character — from bright horse heads to antler chandeliers. It’s bold, fun, and doesn’t take itself too seriously. We had juicy croquetas, classic pan con tomate, and a solid mixed paella. Sit outdoors if you can — the yacht-side setting with a shot of espresso feels a little like you’re on vacation… even if you’re just 20 minutes from home.

Excellent place with magnificent view of the yachts at Marina 15. Very reasonable pricing and authentic spanish cuisine. The Iberiico ham was delicious, and they have 1 for 1 promo for steak everyday and all you can eat steak and selected tapas weekdays!

Service is good, ambience is great with the view of the yachts and chilling breeze in the evening. But the food is way overpriced, v portion is very stingy, flavour is so so.

We spent a weekend at Sentosa Cove to soak in the weekend atmosphere, and for lunch, Kennie and my in-laws reserved a table at Sabio by the Sea, Tapas Bar & Grill. Our experience exceeded expectations! We were fortunate with the weather—our table had a stunning view of luxury yachts, turquoise waters, and clear blue skies. The service was excellent, and the food was even better. The octopus was well-prepared, the pilpil was fantastic, my mushroom arugula salad was delicious, and even the bread was surprisingly good! The only letdown was the sangria, which lacked flavor. Overall, I’d rate this place 4 out of 5 stars!

We went on a weekday and though entering the endemic phase, the service is outstanding. The food; fantastic. We ordered 3 tapas and a paella ending it with the churros. Every dish brought about their own wonderful taste all nicely paired together. It was one one of the best dining experience we had in this part of town (or should I say state) 😉

Went for dinner on a Saturday - wasn’t too crowded. Service was great! Really appreciate the staff checking in with us - and when we wanted to look at the menu for desserts, the lady recited the whole list and recommended the lava cake (which we thoroughly enjoyed). When I asked for additional ice for my drink, they gave me a cup with a pair of small tongs! Food was okay - nothing to shout about, in my opinion. I enjoyed the White Anchovies Salad but my partner didn’t really like it much. He enjoyed the squid ink paella and the Pan Con Tomate. The Huevos Con Todos was pretty good too. Dessert was amazing - I don’t have a sweet tooth so it was cloying towards the end but my boyfriend who loves sweets had a field day. Very flavourful! But I guess you pay for the ambience. Not sure I’d make a trip down specifically for it again, but a nice place to try for a date night.

Overall their food (Cold Tapas and Lava Cake), their service (staffs were very friendly) and the ambience was good. However, their prices were on the higher end, considering that we only had a light meal over there. If you want something more filling and on a lower budget, I would suggest that you continue walking down the stretch of restaurants ahead for more options.
