Just had lunch at Royal China at Raffles Sentosa and it was amazing! Kudos to Chef Ling — the food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the passion and skill in every dish. Also, Ben was fantastic with the service. Super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. It really made the whole meal even better. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend this place if you want great food and awesome service.

Awesomeness! Drive your car right up to the hotel lobby and there will be complimentary entry to Sentosa and valet services. The staff were all very courteous and friendly! Vibes were definitely 💯 From entering the hotel to the buggy ride to the restaurant and welcoming staff to the brightly lit restaurant and environment! Food was served one by one! And all their dim sum dishes didn’t disappoint! I love XLB and its broth in it was superb! Their pan fried wagyu beef pancake is a must try!!!!!! Would love to come back again with other loved ones and friends!

It’s been three days and I’m still thinking about the amazing food we had at Royal China. It was our favourite restaurant during our staycation at the Raffles. Sammi in particular provided exceptional service during the meal and even made sure to contact our butler as we were leaving to ensure the rest of our day went smoothly! We would make the trek all the way out here just to eat here again, you can’t go wrong with anything you order!

Arranged for a department lunch at Royal China and it was the best choice. The service by Ben was attentive and never too much trouble. The food was exquisite. Shoutout to Executive Chinese Chef Ling who came out to introduce himself. The food all tasted amazing. and the dim sums were all made in-house. Highly recommend.

Beautiful new Cantonese restaurant set amidst lush surroundings befitting the premium offers and Raffles positioning. Service was warm and friendly and food was spectacular. Would love to be back for dinner and explore the restaurant and property in different light.

A Memorable Evening at Raffles Sentosa An unforgettable night at Raffles Sentosa, where elegance meets indulgence. We dined at Royal China, savoring a remarkable culinary experience. Though the resort has only been open for two weeks and the full menu is yet to launch, we were treated to Chef Frank’s exquisite tasting set—each course a thoughtful masterpiece. Our evening was made even more special by the impeccable hospitality of Outlet Manager Kolin and his exceptional team, Penny and Wen Jing. Kolin, an accomplished Sommelier, Chef, and Tea Master, impressed us with his knowledge and warm, engaging presence. Following dinner, Kolin took us on a tour of the resort—a breathtakingly luxurious retreat, designed with sophistication and care in every detail. The tour included the stunning pillar-less ballroom, Tuscan Grill, Whiskey Lounge, and Thomas Lounge, each space exuding refinement and thoughtful design. Everywhere he brought us, we were welcomed by warm, cheerful, and knowledgeable staff, making the experience even more delightful. The resort’s exceptional staff, whose warmth and expertise made every moment feel special. As the hotel is still settling in, parking is currently at the driveway. For navigation, use Eton House, located opposite Raffles, as your GPS guide. A truly extraordinary experience—we will be back!

Royal China was expectional from the moment you arrive at the hotel entrance, greeted by the staffs with such a lovely beginning. A 3 mins buggy ride that brings you to the restaurant, if u are lucky May hop onto A rolls Royce buggy. The chef brings flavour of Si chuan, cantonese and local collective that makes this restaurant different from others. Did the Ă  la carte menu here the verdict. Kurobuta Pork char siew, was nicely roasted with good char, flavour is good, meat tender..can be softer. Double boil kumbo soup, that's really good that is refreshing for a cantonese soup. Yuzu soya steam sea bass, perfect doness that melts in your mouth. Our main course Braised Inaniwa noodles that is sooo amazing, the lobster is soft, that's shows how precise the chef had mastered the right timing to cook it. Dessert was generous in portion and authentically canton style, there are some local fusion dessert available. Set weekend set menu of 88 good variety, that is only available for weekend lunch.. I will come back for it. Overall ambience is perfect, they only do one serving giving visitors the space and time to enjoy. The service team are top notch they are so amazing and makes you feel at home.

We recently hosted a private, intimate ROM dinner here with our immediate family and couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. Every detail was handled with such care—from the thoughtfully curated menu to the seamless coordination with our florist. The food was outstanding: the lobster pao fan was rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, while the fish dishes were exceptionally fresh and delicately seasoned. Service was impeccable, with each course served promptly and efficiently. Special thanks to the team - Cherry, Kolin and Sammi for their amazing support throughout the planning and the event itself. If you’re considering hosting your ROM here, I highly recommend it—it’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and you’ll be in excellent hands! xx

We ordered 5 dim sum and half portion of Irish duck. Total bill $150 including tax. I think it’s quite reasonable for 2 people. Food is fresh and not salty. Restaurant is beautiful and is surrounded by trees. Service is very friendly. We enjoyed our lunch here.
