I visited this salon around 7 PM on 26th January for a simple ladies’ haircut—just a straight trim for my hair and a fringe styled according to a picture reference I provided. The barber who attended to me was a man who looks approximately in his 50s with a bob haircut and spectacles. From the start, he seemed unconfident, constantly asking questions, which made me uneasy. Although I let it slide when he trimmed the back of my hair, as it was just a simple cut, the way he handled my fringe was unacceptable. He didn’t even use a comb to center the fringe properly before cutting. Instead, he just snipped haphazardly without measuring or using his hands to align it causing my fringe to be uneven. I’m very disappointed with the poor technique and lack of professionalism.
