Superb sales experience. Sales rep, Fanny was lovely and helpful. She is also very knowledgeable in Puma’s shoes and their fit. All her sizes estimates for various shoes design were spot on. Good promoter in upselling and not pushy. Ended up with 3 pairs although the original thought was just for 1 pair, as was very impressed with her skills. She’s an asset to your store.

Firstly, I must praise the Sales staff whom we engaged, but the slides I bought in May 2022 gave way in Jun while in Bangkok. Product is so inferior! You would expect someone stepped on you for it to give way but it just gave way without any tell tale signs! Contacted PUMA HQ and all they can tell me was to contact this shop. Sighs!!!

It's a really pleasant experience shopping at Puma Singapore. My wife and I were very picky about our shoes and spent a lot of time trying them out. Alvin and Louis were extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable. On separate occasions, they were happy to provide us with the different shoe options, they shared with us The differences of the shoe models that we were comparing, and even gave us suggestion on the shoes to pick based on our fashion preferences. You could also tell that they weren't trying to hard sell, but genuinely trying to attend to our needs. Thanks for the great experience over all these occasions! 👏👏👏

Served by Louis Ching today. Good customer service. Patient and knowledgeable. What struck me was the enthusiasm of this young chap in introduction of the products even thou’ he might not make a sale from it. We eventually settled for the Palermo series. Keep up the good customer service.
