All the staff are very approachable and helpful. Special mention to Nick for assisting us with our Puma Speedcat Order. I ordered for my friend but we had issue with the size. Nick was very glad to assist and help us with the correct size. I have some encounters with other stores who are not approachable and would show annoyance for simple requests but never have I ever felt this in any Puma outlets and staff. So kudos to Puma Team for hiring professionals and approachable team members.

I was here to try the deviate nitro 3 after hearing all the good things about it from my friends.
The sales person nick was very helpful and knowledge in assisting me with this particular model.
He tried really hard to make it work for me but in the end I did not buy as it wasn't really suitable for my troublesome feet. I really appreciate him for his professionalism.
I also appreciate that the store opened earlier than the advertised 10. 30am.

Hi I just went to bought 2 shoes today for my mom and my daughter and it was a amazing experience to shop with the staffs there were all incredibly helpful,friendly ,knowledgeable about the product they representing .
Above that I wish to highlight on one of the staff by the name of LOUIS ,he was amazingly helpful my mom was wheelchair bound and he patiently assist her with patience explaining the detail and even to my daughter his knowledge of the brand was superb and honest in his recomendation.

The staff named, Penny was very helpful and kind. She was all alone in the shop as a partner went for break. Even though she was alone, she was still attending to me and every customer that came with a smile on a face and quick. She was even helpful to check whether stocks were available in the other stores as the shoe we wanted had no size. Overall she was very kind and helpful. Will definitely go there again.

Great customer service by staff Kaiboon Pua here! Was very responsive and respectful when I needed help in trying the shoes. He really made my day, keep up the good work Kaiboon!😊 The only room for improvement about the store is that they could maybe improve the door lock of the changing room to a proper door lock to prevent people from being able to break open. Other than that, this stall is great!👍
