I ordered a large DIY açaí bowl, expecting it to be the same size and quality as the large açaí bowl listed on the menu. However, what I received was completely different. The standard large bowl is nicely layered (açaí, fruits, açaí, fruits), but the DIY version was just a massive slab of açaí with a sparse amount of toppings dumped on top. I didn’t realise how lacking it was until I reached the bottom - by then, it was too late and very disappointing. When I approached the counter to clarify, all three staff members just stared at me until I had to ask, “Can I speak to someone?” No one stepped up to help until then. The customer service was honestly terrible. When I asked about the difference between the bowls, the staff member responded rudely, saying there’s a difference between the DIY and menu items. I explained that no one informed me of this at the time of ordering, but she dismissively pointed to the empty display bowls and said, “You can see that there are two different bowls here.” How would i know? I don’t work there. Was i supposed to read her mind? I paid over $15 for a bowl that didn’t meet expectations in quality or service. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. Would not recommend this place.

Delicious açai options with seats available for dine-in. Will recommend their açai drink (“Where my chocolate abs?l) and their açai bowls (“Nuts for açai bowl” and “Cookie crussh açai bowl”. There is also an ongoing promotion, which features a National Day special açai bowl with sesame.

First time trying lemon acai. Quite Unique since this is my first time trying lemon acai. The taste is 100% elevated today because the bananas were green, but I’m biased because I prefer bananas slightly unriped!! I appreciate a good seating place at any acai store, but I feel a little bad because the store was full, and the only table left was a 4 seater. Opps.

Toppings not proportionate, got only one strawberry but 2 layers of bananas, melon was unripe. Would be better if they put some cookie butter on the second layer as well instead of concentrating all the ingredients on the top layer. Large size enough for 2 pax

We visited the store tonight, there were 4 girls working. After ordering there was a table which was filthy and covered with stuff, we kindly asked one of the girls if she could clean up the table to which she pointed at the spray bottle and cloth on the right hand side for me to clean. This was honestly just ridiculous and disgusting, they are telling me to do their job??? After this I asked them if there was somewhere I could wash my hands and they told me to go to the public bathrooms as my hands were covered in the disinfectant. Very disappointing service

I was craving acai and decided to try this store nearby, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The acai tasted amazing—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the ingredients. Everything paired so well together, making it the best acai I’ve had so far. If you’re an acai lover, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended for a satisfying and refreshing treat!

Have been here a few times now, acai bowls are not bad but the variety is pretty little. The toppings and fruits aren't a lot either for what u pay for. However the service here seems to be the worst compared to the other outlets and also other acai chains... staff are not welcoming nor friendly when u come in and take ur order and it feels like they dread to be there. They come off as a little rude though maybe thats not their intention, just what I felt as a customer. Hopefully the service improves 🙏🙏

Satisfy your sweet tooth with healthier Açai. Love the concoctions here. Their recipe is not too sweet so it’s enjoyable for me. I usually just go for default options.

I eat here weekly for a light lunch or tea break snack. i love both the flower fruit bowl and nut bowl, so normally i get both and share with my friend. Personally feel this brand's Acai taste less sweet. I still prefer the original default granola tho (30cents top-up), because the new default which is cocoa, i tried a few times and it was always not crunchy in texture. I have always bought takeaway, first time sitting in and it was a comfortable tea break. Acai bowls were made swiftly and prettily! It was a good break in-between work, will continue to support~

Ordered 2 large flower bowls. Fruits were plenty and fresh. But disappointed for not having any toppings such as almond butter. Pricey and without toppings as compared to other similar shops. Açai sorbet also melted way faster as compared to what I ate before. When asked for serviettes, staff only gave 1 pathetic piece. I believe service can be better.
