I was served by Jia Wen and was impressed by her friendly and patient service. It was my first time buying a pandora and was looking for a gift for my wife. She was able to educate me on the various jewellery available (out of countless options) and helped me pick a customized gift which was meaningful and looked beautiful. Initially I was not sure due to the reviews here but I went ahead and I had a good experience. Thanks and keep up the good service !

I had a disappointing experience at Pandora Vivocity today. I spent some time walking around, contemplating whether I should approach the two staff members, as they seemed preoccupied with their tasks and did not acknowledge me or the other three groups of customers in the store. When I finally approached them with an inquiry, I was met with a monotone stare and reply. Their demeanor was far from cheerful or welcoming, which made the interaction uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of attentiveness and friendliness, especially from a brand like Pandora. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of those expectations.

I had an amazing experience at Pandora Vivocity. 10/10 service by Laura. I was looking for a gift for a friend’s birthday and she provides excellent customer service. She was very patient and was able to provide great recommendations. Will definitely come back here to get more things in the future.

We visited pandora at vivo today and we were taking time to choose however we wanted to choose more and the lady was really annoyed at us we could see it from her face after that another lady [ shierly ] came to help is take the charms. Shierly was really nice and was very patient with us. she also recommended us some charms when we didnt know what else to choose because there was a promotion.

Excellent service by Irene, Shirley and Jona. Would highly recommend this outlet if one is looking to get any charms. Friendly, patient and always willing to help!

Honestly, the service and sale conditions were so bad, so preposterous that I have to think this store and brand in Singapore is counterfeit. Never have I ever felt so dissatisfied with Pandora in Australia and NZ. Now I have an item gifted to me that I can't do anything with nor enjoy. I don't think any retailer, would want a customer left feeling that way about their product.

I've never experienced such obnoxious and rude customer service before. I rushed down to vivocity pandora on the 16/11 at around 7-8pm after work. I understand it might've been pretty late but there wasn't any sign neither did the staff (2 ladies) mention that it was closed so, I proceeded to check out the charms available. I was served by a lady with her fingernails done in black. Throughout my time there, she was just looking at her nails and digging out the gunk in her fingernails. She just seemed really uninterested to serve us. Asides from that, I've never had an encounter whereby the staff leaves the charm on the table without placing a board under it. I was really displeased that the charm was left on the table and at some point, it was LEFT UNATTENDED while she spoke to her colleague. I've been in the customer service line before and I understand how frustrating some customers may be. However, I believe my family and I were not disturbing her in any way and we were only there to get the charms we wanted and leave. I truly am disappointed in the way we were served therefore, i have decided to write this review. I've never seen such POOR customer service in my entire life.

We were only asking for the prices but your staff looked annoyed and unhappy to serve us. The prices are not indicated so of course we need to ask but your staff just look at us from head-to-toe and did not even bother to assist us so we just left.

Their customers service I think is one of the not so friendly among the rest. Salesman is too young and not familiar or hate what he do at.hope they can improve
