Like many others here, Iām an existing customer who simply walked into the outlet out of curiosity to check out the new products.
Despite knowing I wasnāt necessarily going to make a purchase, Alvin served me with genuine enthusiasm and 100% dedication. He even took the time to share helpful tips and tricks for using a new massage chairāeven though I didnāt buy it from him!
My only regret is not meeting him sooner. Alvin truly deserves 10 stars for his outstanding service!

We were served by Lucas. No hard-selling, he just gave the facts and listened to our needs, and accommodated to our requests. He explained the deals available and worked out what seemed best for us. Through it all, we were not pressured to buy anything.
It was a really pleasant transaction experience, and we knew that we got exactly what we needed, and got the best value for our investment.
The other staff were also attentive, albeit not always effectively bilingual, but they were still able to meet our requests. They known their products, and they serve with a smile.
