By our local standards (unlike my recent experience), customer service staff, Ms Siew Wuan, was very helpful & offered some good advice. Also, for the first time, I was provided a pair of disposable socks as part of the COVID-19 safe business practices measure!

I’d like to sincerely thank Jin Sheng for his outstanding patience and professionalism during my visit to Nike Vivo. He went above and beyond, repeatedly going in and out of the storeroom to help me try on various sizes and shoe designs without any hesitation. Thanks to his help, I found the perfect pair of walking shoes. It’s clear that Jin Sheng has a fantastic attitude toward customer service, and Nike is fortunate to have such a dedicated and courteous team member.

Most staff are friendly and hardworking especially the Italian guy.
But you see idle staff standing at cashier doing nothing and reply in condescending tones.
You should review your CCTV and weed out the lazy ones. Also put them through staff re-training.
Not recommended.
