I often shop at this store and have always enjoyed my experience. However, today I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the actions of two staff members—a woman and a man-who seemed to be watching and laughing at us. It was clear they were directing their laughter towards us, as their eyes kept following our movements.
Regardless of how you may perceive someone, it is important to treat everyone with respect, regardless of their appearance, background, or race.
As a salesperson, building a positive relationship with customers is crucial to achieving sales targets. Respect starts with a good attitude and a genuine understanding of your customers. When you show respect, you create an environment where it is reciprocated, which can ultimately lead to better business outcomes. Thanks to those Malay staff who always attend costumer needs. Staff was nice to go to counter and help me check availability of a model. Then someone came by to say she didn't want a "ball" anymore and this staff straight up left without any acknowledgement??? Tell me if you'll be back??? She got the ball from the back office and walked away to the other end of the shop to look for the same customer again???? Ppl alrdy said don't want.
