I bought some caps and t-shirts from New Era Vivo City. I was drawn in by the collections they have and the items being showcased. I am extremely impressed by the service there. The ladies serving me were very nice and attentive. Did not mind helping me sort out my sizes for both my t shirts and caps as I did try a lot of sizes and colours. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly as well. Overall this is one of the establishments in Singapore with amazing service. You should experience it. Quality products with quality service. I will be buying new era products from here frequently because of their excellent service.

New era at changi airport … zero star rating the guy working made Werid faces at me for looking at the clothes and got mad and was unprofessional when I was trying on the hats to get to see what size do I have .. I did not read that those hats are just display piece but you don’t need to come running at me and make Werid faces and be angry could have just been polite and explained!!!!

Went there today and no regrets! Staff was knowledgable and friendly. Asked if it was for gift or for me and also showed me what kind of caps suits me as my head is small. Finally I bought 3 caps - 1 is a snapback. Free embroidery on 1 of my cap and I really loved all my new caps! Definitely coming back for more. Thanks!

Couldn't decide what cap to get as a gift for a friend. Staff was really helpful in recommending colors and designs, down to the font for embroidery. Staff was patient and my friend loved what i got him.

Today I went here to buy Cap and t-shirt. I was asking your staff about Fave and he mentioned he got no idea. Please train your staff, don't put a staff that sounds arrogant.

Horrible customer service at vivo outlet. 2 salespersons standing in the shop like statues. Did not even bother to offer any help. Had to go to wisma atria outlet instead.

Currently the only official new era in Singapore, lots of choices from baseball cap, snapback , clothes and back pack. Services was bad, stuff attitude was awful.
