Meals at Miyoshi are always delicious. Tried the omakase for the first time tonight and it was FANTASTIC. Chef Nigel is very friendly and sincere, his thoughtfulness is evident in every piece of sushi that we tasted. And the service from Jebb was excellent as always. He’s very attentive and remembers our preferences even if it’s been months since we’ve last been there. $88++ for an extremely enjoyable meal with good quality fish and service. Good value for money. This place is a gem!!

Amazing dinning experience of Teppan-Kaiseki by Chef Khoo. The menu selections were well sequenced, from starters to dessert. Top-quality wagyu and seafood esp the live Korea abalone and Australia lobsters. Exceptional service by the team. They surprised us with a special dessert for our celebration. Price on the high side, but worth it for the experience, quality, and service. Will definitely be back.

Celebrated my birthday and Father’s Day in June 2025 at Miyoshi for the first time. Having been to fat cow, I was definitely excited for great time. Service was prompt to seat us (2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant) as reserved. We ordered ala carte so there was suitable food for the toddler. The oyster, mushrooms and scallops were all good with the potato being the standout dish. The beef gyoza was a let down so please give it a miss. What was the sore point of an otherwise great evening however was the splurge item - Uni Beef Don. The dish alone was more than $100 so our expectations were high. When it was served, it was smaller than expected and both my wife I felt the Uni tasted off. I promptly highlighted this to the waiter who brought the entire bowl to the kitchen and came back out with the Uni replaced with ikura which we were ok. Strangely a female manager came out with a box of Uni to tell us that is how Uni tastes like. Sadly she had a mildly condescending tone sounding like “do you know this is how it tastes like?” I responded gently that I am no stranger to Uni having eaten unis at top Sushi chef restaurants in singapore. She however insisted that the chefs and herself have tasted the Uni and it was ok. I decided not to pursue it further and say it was ok for the ikura replacement. She then ended by asking me “you sure you don’t want to try again?”. Sadly with the bad taste in my mouth from both the Uni and her poor choice of words, my wife and I respectfully declined. All in all, it was a good dinner. But it didn’t turn out great like my meals at fat cow due to the disappointment from the signature dish and the poor communication by the lady. Still highly recommended for families with kids due to the otherwise good service and kid-friendly meals!

We decided to give this place a try based on the positive reviews on Google, and it was an excellent choice. The food was incredibly tasty and delicious. This place is not a cheap eatery, and the price we paid was well worth it. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely come back if we have the opportunity.

Came to try their Omakase, nothing fancy in terms of making interesting dishes but the quality of sushi rice and fish is pretty good. slightly disappointed by the add on beef which is very expensive, and hot tea (which is not hot) for $5 before ++ is also overpriced.
