I had a great experience at Lush today! The staff who assisted me was a nice lady who made recommendations and made the entire shopping experience really enjoyable! I didn’t manage to get her name but I visited the store around 6pm on 21 April :)

Hi LUSH team,
I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at your VivoCity outlet, where I was served by Jess.
Jess was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She greeted me with a big smile and made me feel comfortable right away. I was looking for a bar soap suitable for pregnancy, and she was very knowledgeable about the products. She even took the time to explain alternatives in case I found some of them too oily.
I also asked about lotion for pregnancy, and she kindly gave me two samples to try. That thoughtful gesture really made my day!
Please pass along my thanks and appreciation to Jess—she truly made my shopping experience a delightful one. 😊

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing team at Lush VivoCity. My daughter and I had such a lovely time shopping there—the staff were incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that made the whole experience feel personal and special. My daughter was especially happy, and we both left the store smiling. It was one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences we’ve had. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Lovely chat with Sara who is super kind and friendly . Bought my usual favourite products and Sara was generous enough to give a free sample for my little boy to try out 😊

I had so much fun visiting the Lush Store at Vivo City. I met Jess and she was so helpful. I was supposed to get Turmeric Latte because that was the item I reserved but she recommended Breath of God to layer with my other Lush perfume and I instantly fell in love with the scent that I got the full sized bottle as well. So happy I got to try the pink peppermint foot lotion as well! Hope to visit again soon:)

From the moment I stepped into the store, Ella’s warmth and enthusiasm lit up the space like a ray of sunshine. She exudes a rare combination of professionalism and genuine charm that made my shopping experience truly delightful. Her product knowledge was nothing short of impressive—she spoke about each bath bomb with such poetic detail, painting a vivid picture of their scents, textures, and magical effects. I was particularly enchanted by the way she described the characteristics of each bath, almost like she was introducing me to a collection of aromatic treasures.
What made this experience even more special was Ella’s attentiveness and her sincere interest in my purchase. She remembered that I was selecting items for my upcoming birthday trip to the Maldives and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bath bomb to match the occasion. Came here to leave a review and am pleasantly surprised to see everyone talking about the exceptional service here. Was helped by a lady in a white tudung today - didn’t get her name. She checked if I needed help, promptly made sure I knew the difference between a bubble bar and a bath bomb (which I didn’t before), and then helped me choose one later after smelling a bunch of it to decide what scent I liked. It was a long process with me asking about mixing scents, mixing bars together etc. All of this was done w patience and kindness, it did not feel forced like a regular salesperson would, but rather more educational and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much.

Jannah is WONDERFUL!!! She is so knowledgeable and helpful with a variety of products. She was so kind and really explained what products are most effective for different skin types… we are super grateful for our experience with Jannah!
