I love the place for being quiet and having excellent staff service. They are polite and accomodating. The food is superb. We ordered Chicken Satay and Clay Pot Chicken, and its serving is good enough to last as a meal alone. It has strong, savory flavors which is expected for their culture, which I enjoyed.

was looking forward to visit after the renovation. Place look so much better and comfortable. However, food standard drop tremendously. Chicken burger use to be very good but now, patty full of flour and oily on my previous visit. The baby back ribs use to be tender and sauce more generous ans delicious. Now, dry and tough. Aglio olio and liguine vongole lack fragrance from the garlic. Garlic was not cooked enough, tough and semi raw. Prawns on the aglio seems like cheap super market pack kind of quality. Clams in the vongole was generous but imagine picking out 20+ clam shells from a plate of linguine is annoying. A change of chef maybe? Hope to see some changes real soon.

In this exclusive dining haven, the fusion of Asian and Western cuisine becomes a culinary journey that leaves an indelible mark of excellence on every plate.

Had chance to dine at this place. We ordered Angus beef har fun and laksa and both are very good. The taste is savoury and strong enough. The portion is more than sufficient for a full meal. The location is a bit far and secluded though. Do give a trial if there is a chance.

Went back second time today. I felt that the food was delicious, service was good. Price was decent (abt $30 per pax, without alcohol). The slow cook beef cheek was tender.. the salmon poke salad was fresh. Their chat kway keow was nice too.. but still feels that they cook western food better then Asian food, but then, I only tried 1 Asian food.. so I might be wrong.. It only serve their club members n hotel guest, so do go if u happen to be a hotel guest.

International buffet breakfast at Latitude Bistro. Complimentary for 2 hotel guests only, need to pay for additional guests. Food options are limited but i love their omelette and the western breakfast section especially the cheese tomatoes.

Did a 1 night stayca at One 15 marina recently and room booking comes with breakfast for 2. You need to reserve the table as well as breakfast choices in advance (we did it the evening before). Wasn't expecting much from the breakfast but they turn out pretty good & exceeded our expectation. Quantity was enough to feed 3 of us (2 adults, 1 kid). Staff are friendly and prompt in service.

It's quite sad that their service falls below that of even like a bad hawker. My short experience there made me blacklist the place - I went during the offpeak hour, and having had cabbed from town to Sentosa with a late packed lunch that somehow came without utensils, I approached them as they were the only place open at One 15 Marina to just get one plastic fork to eat my late lunch with. The first guy was friendly enough, and said another staff would get it. That staff then came out to say that because I didn't buy my food from them, he will not give me a single disposable cutlery to eat with. It's pretty much a sad joke that a fancy spot where huge yachts are docked (I was to board one later) would stoop to this kind of meanness. Any hawker or food court would have just taken it into their stride to provide the person with a plastic fork or spoon upon request - what does it cost a business? 5 cents? It was not as if there was anything else in that area - and perhaps they knew that and decided to be selfishly mean about it.

Ordered takeaway on grab and paid for it but they forgot to turn on their device, so the order did not go through. When I reached, I had to repeat the situation to 3 different people before the food was finally prepared. While waiting for them to finally prepare the food, they did not offer water, and scarcely an apology.
