Poor customer service. I am a tourist & visited shop this morning and tried to get attention of staff multiple times and they kept ignoring me and my family. This is one of my favorite brands and it is disappointing to get treated in such manner. I hope they see this review and try to improve service without judging customers walking in to their business.

Buying from Lacoste at Vivocity was a great experience. The team especially Peggy was very patient with my exchange of order as it took about an hour trying different shoes, tshirts etc. She was were very helpful when I wanted to adjust my purchase.Friendly and highly competent folks.

Went there shopping on 2/10/22. Nobody entertained although i was the only customer at that moment. Thought the sales r busy. Worked around and found one lady standing nearby the middle counter indifferently. I asked whether the polo t got other colors, she just said everything is hanging there with no movements. Later on quite a few customers came in, some bought a lot and asked tax refund. I suddenly realized that’s why the sales’ attitudes r like that. They r not worry about the kpi of sales… But the brand image would be definitely down graded with these kinds of poor services.

Staff talking among each other. I asked for shoe size. Then staff went to search in storage. But ended up doing cashiering. Perhaps short handed. So i waited. After she's done, she walks over to her colleague leisurely and start chatting again. Hello? I'm waiting for my shoe. I walk over to her and ask "excuse me, so do u hav the size?" she said ya hav then handed it to me. Very reluctant to serve. I went to next door Aldo to purchase instead.

Truly disappointed with the staff this morning at Vivo. Her attitude wasn't good at all. Asked her if there is any discount and she answered rudely staring back at her laptop. A very good branding with such behavior!! Please improve your fronliners.
