6/10/22- bought 2 wallets but the service was very bad. The young fat Indian saleslady with red and white nail polish was rude and not helpful at all. She was reluctant and not welcoming to me as a customer. Very disappointed with her service.

Visited the Vivo outlet today and had a very pleasant experience. Staff member Alvin provided excellent service—he took the time to explain in detail which polo size suited me best and offered good recommendations. Great job! I’ll definitely visit again.

I visited the Vivo branch today and the store manager (Alvin), I was very impressed by his service. Initially, I was ready to give up on purchasing after trying on the shirts, as they were the last display pieces. However, after his patient and detailed explanation about how the display piece was still new and in excellent condition, I felt reassured and confident to proceed with my purchase. In the end, my friend and I bought two shirts and two polos.
What stood out most was his patience, expertise, and exceptional attention to detail, all delivered without being pushy. This kind of professionalism gives customers a strong sense of trust and comfort.
He is truly a rare gem in today’s retail frontline. The company should recognise and retain such valuable talent.

Bought the shoe in the middle above the sales sign. Turns out the pair is not part of the Sale they are having so I asked if he store manager if they should consider having a separate shelf for the sales item and not put something that is not on sale 17 centimetre from the sign. He said that that’s not how it works. I paid full price but it would have been great if he agreed and said they would consider this moving forward. Quite misleading and will not return to this shop. Have bought Lacoste sneakers for the last 10 years but maybe I need to change brand. I wanted them to dispose of my old shoes but he said there is a trash can outside the store. I left them at the counter and walked out. Any recommendations on other brands, anyone?

Today 22jul2023 around 245pm brought my 6mths old Lacoste dress to Lacoste vivocity outlet for repair as the zip hem tore off. This sales lady (near mid age) was so defensive. Said the store don't do repair and I might as well look for a seamstress on my own. The way she put it is so rude and defensive. Even refused to hear me out. It is clearly a quality issue and I am appalled that Lacoste do not have after sale service. Bad customer service and extremely bad sales person attitude!

went to the store on sat 25/01. There were 2 staff. There was a malay girl who was working as a sales assistant whom invited her boyfriend and constantly and was very rude when we asked her for assitance!
