Since its opening in September 2025, this basement dining haven has become a culinary landmark, bringing together the best flavours of Singapore and Asia under one roof. The food hall features vibrant interior design complemented by striking urban art murals by Ink & Clog Studio, creating an inviting atmosphere that's as visually appealing as the food is delicious.
The food court showcases an exceptional lineup of vendors, including several Michelin-recognized establishments that have made the journey from their original locations. Ann Chin Handmade Popiah brings their time-honored Michelin-listed fresh spring rolls, while Hjh Maimunah Mini offers the renowned nasi padang that made their Jalan Pisang outlet a Michelin Bib Gourmand fixture. Diners can explore a remarkable range of Asian cuisines from Thai dishes at Yuan Wei Thai Cuisine, authentic Vietnamese pho, Korean favorites at Kim Dae Bak Korean, to Japanese ramen and donburi. The food hall also features innovative concepts like HomeWok, where AI-powered robots prepare freshly-made Asian rice bowls, and Monster Chilli, Singapore's first halal-certified mala hotpot. With 11 Muslim-friendly stalls among the mix, the food court ensures inclusive dining for all.
Located at Basement 2 of VivoCity near the HarbourFront MRT station, Kopitiam Food Hall operates from 7am to 10pm daily, making it convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. One of the worst Kopitiams in Singapore.
Looks like a food court in a third world country or something.
Had the bad luck to eat here due to one person in the party wanting to eat here. And even worse luck to choose the Claypot store.
Beware when buying from here.... there's two versions of claypot chicken rice. The normal one with chinese sausage and salted fish.. and the one with just chicken and rice.
From the start, the man manning the stall was quite rude. He was not interested in taking our order at all. We waited there for several minutes so he had no choice.
But when the order came out wrong (with spring onions too when i had asked for NO spring onions), his colleague scolded us. He even shouted at us.
Such a terrible experience. Maybe they think they can get away with it cos mostly tourists come here? 🤔😕

The halal mala store here has a terrible cashier with bad attitude, we handed her the money and asked if we gave her the correct amount, she looked annoyed and told her coworker "these kids are so annoying" in malay acting as if we couldnt understand her and aggressively gave us the money back and asked us to count it ourself. The food is bomb tho been buying this mala for 6 years. The mala slaps every time, its just when they changed the cashier 2 years ago the service dropped. would come again for the food but the makcik needs to calm down.Every time i go there with my friend, she always has an attitude.

My only negative experience in Singapore has been here. It was just before closing time and the rudeness of some stall holders (that you see in other reviews) is true. Also one stall holder said they would take our order so we paid (they didn't give us a receipt) and the food never came. When confronted with this and showing payment on our banking app ... just denials. And lastly, when we did get food from one place (which was a chicken hot pot that was pretty good) the old ladies who were cleaning up were full on hassling us to get out (along with two other tables)...I mean actually standing over us telling us to get out while giving us the evil stare for 10 min... Worst customer service as a whole

Food is decent. However the aunties working at tray return area are extremely rude. I hope the Kopitiam management will look into this and consider not hiring such rowdy and unpleasant employee.

After exploring all that Sentosa had to offer, it was time to wind down with dinner. We headed to VivoCity Kopitiam, the perfect place to end our incredible day. With so many food options, each of us picked our favorites. We enjoyed sharing dishes, tasting different flavors, and simply being together. The atmosphere was lively, the food was delicious, and it was the perfect way to reflect on all the fun we had throughout the day.
From the scenic cable car ride and thrilling luge adventure to a delightful lunch, a spectacular evening show, and a satisfying dinner every moment was filled with joy, laughter, and great company. It was truly a day to remember.
If you’re visiting Singapore, I highly recommend this itinerary. It’s the perfect way to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Lots of good food options here. Very high diner traffic flow, so despite the crowd it’s still relatively easy to get seats!
Highly recommend:
* Japanese cuisine: curry chicken karrage, curry beef, curry chicken cutlet!
* Lanzhou Beef Noodles: huge portion with delicious sauce!
* Fried Kway Tiao and Hokkien Mee are quite tasty although portions are small.

🌟 Consolidated ratings for the shops here:
Western - 3.5 stars, not much to shout about. But decent fish and chips in general - was expecting this standard for $8.90.
Chicken pot - 2 stars, too peppery and not to our liking.. Didn’t finish the food.

Quite a lot of food choices. Food Okok only. Not bad eat. Not the best but can eat.

Enjoyed eating here as we were looking for halal food, and we found many choices in this food court. I think there are about 10 stalls selling halal food, with the option of food from Korean, Western, Indonesian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese & Malaysian. You can recognize it from the serving tray, green tray means serving halal food.
Food taste is okay with reasonable price and fulfilling portion. The foodcourt is quite clean but might be very packed during lunch hour. It is located in the basement, near with MRT connection, right after McDonalds. Recommended stop before heading to Universal Studio.
