HYSSES do have unique fragrance collection produced with pure essential oils. My favourite is Lavender Hinoki. But overall base on their price tag, quality and policy, I wonât purchase their products again.
I have brought their shower gel & shampoo few years ago. It wasnât great for skin even though itâs aromatherapeutic. Their shampoo can be rough on hair (easily entangled).
A few month ago, I brought their face scrub which gave me break out. Since they claimed to produce organic products, I threw my receipt away. I returned to the store few days later for refund and emailed their management with evidence of purchase at their store with my bank statement at the exact same price. But they refused to do so despite this request being within 1 week just because it was opened and I didnât have the physical receipt. Even Sephora and other skincare brand will allow refund & refunds if it causes sensitivity.
I still supported their brand by getting a large essential oil home diffuser. Even though I hardly open my windows, the entire bottle (with small top ups in diffuser container) finishes within only merely 2 months when it was claimed to last 3-6 months. Their essential oil while does smell nice and intense, evaporates really fast. And itâs not that cheap too. Their wardrobe fragrance is selling for S$30+ per small paper packet.. Itâs really over priced given their brand lack of popularity.
Buy only if you donât mind wasting money.. Aside from the brandâs policy, Service staff at Vivo outlet is friendly & excellent! :)

I acquired two Scented Pouches of Bergamot Geranium. The fresh and floral blend of bergamot and geranium delights me, and I use them to enhance the fragrance in Donkey's bike box. Both of us admire the strong and long-lasting scents of these products, all at a reasonable price.

Kitty and I stumbled upon HYSSES - Home Scent while walking back home from Vivocity. This charming little store is a haven for anyone who loves fragrance, and Kitty, being a huge fan of nice scents, was in her element!
They have a wide selection of fragrance products, from essential oils to diffusers, candles, and more. Kitty was particularly impressed by the variety of essential oils, which she loves to use in her bag, wardrobe, and home. She ended up buying a few products, and I'm using one of their ginger-scented products myselfâthe Ginger Pepper Me essential oil! It's fantastic. I love using it when visitors come over. It creates such a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
Kitty purchased two 5/1600 SCENTED POUCH, BERGAMOT GERANIUM. She loves the fresh and floral scent of bergamot and geranium, and she's been using them to add a touch of fragrance to her home and wardrobe. We both love the strong, long-lasting scent of these products, and the price is very reasonable.

Sales representative at Vivo was pretty awesome and ended up purchasing a Body Souffle Compromised Skin Rose Sandalwood approximately a month ago as a gift. Upon gifting, receiver realized that the sealed was opened and the lotion has leaked out of the tub (shown in picture).
Contacted Hysses on a replacement because it seems like the product has been used/opened? Customer service promised to come back with a response but to no avail after 7 days. Chased Hysses and was informed that there isnât anything that they can do - because their procedure of purchase includes checking upon payment; which is rightfully sold to which we did check I must admit. HOWEVER, the lid of tub wasnât lifted at the point of cashiering - to check if the seal was broken??
Hysses reasonâs of non action is because of the check upon purchase and other irrelevant reasons - then maybe Hysses should implement a rigorous check on opening EVERY container lid to prove that they did not in fact sell a tester or used products to consumer?
Also maybe consider shrink wrapping your bottles and containers since Hysses pride on their high product quality as claimed. Their response was they checked all their products and none had such issue. Then maybe think about how this could honestly just be an isolated incident?
100 percent will not be patronizing Hysses again from all my family and friends.
