Was our last stop after a tiring six-hour shopping day at madhouse VivoCity - and my Lady found an elegant dress for $119.
For me, it was the excellent service (a rarity here) from a Malay-Muslim young man who acknowledged the presence of our entire three-gen family.

Had an incredible experience here today. When I stepped into the store, a young looking boy approached me & asked if I needed help. I told him I needed a black blazer urgently. Unexpectedly, he sprang to action immediately & provided some recommendations with right sizes. As I was trying on, a second young boy approached me to ask if I was interested in another slim cut blazer. I tried their suggestions on and eventually found one I like. Subsequently, I found out that they were only secondary school students on attachment. This level of initiative is unseen of, especially for 15 year olds! I am amazed & very grateful for their help in finding my blazer. As I was paying, Hafizah even offered to steam the blazer & cut the tags off for me as I said I needed to wear it immediately. This level of service is truly inspiring and top-notch. Thank you so much all 3! I managed to zoom in and out of the store in 10 minutes as I was in a rush. I highly recommend this Vivo store, and will defo be back for more items!

It was horrible, the service staff were avoiding customers that I had to approach one or two myself, unsurprisingly they're both foreign workers so both had issues communicating in English.
The Chinese staff was awkward and couldn't understand a single English alphabet which led me to ignore her as I just continued picking out my items.
The Filipino staff who is still decently versed in english felt like I was communicating with a robot because when I asked about the design of the shirt due to the collar designs, all I received was sass that these kinds of shirts are popular for their customers and every men buys them which led to her asking why i should have any issue with it. I was done with her nonsense because I was in a rush so I paid and walked away.
Note to future customers before purchasing here to research what you need from G2000 instead of approaching these female foreign staffs for assistance as they do not have the slightest inkling of what they are catering for except the prices of the products and the sass needed to convince their customers. And do not bother with the local staffs, they are lazy and leaving the work to the foreign staffs.
Worst part was when I was paying by the counter, the young (obviously local) inactive staffs were either lacking spacial awareness or just ignorant but when a customer is ordering from the counter, it is common courtesy to keep your conversation volume to a minimum or at least keep it away from plain sight as it is unprofessional, instead they were so loud I couldn't hear anything from the staff working by the counter.
All in all the whole experience was disgusting that I immediately when to goldlion to buy the items I needed instead, while it is smaller with fewer selections, the customer services cannot be ignored as the man managing it was humble and willing to accommodate regardless of your social status and picky needs.

My husband came here to buy a suit for a special occasion. Louis is the one who approached us and offer his help. His recommendation is very good . Very patient and polite. We are so happy with his service that we end up buying the suit, 2 more pants , 4 shirts and a belt! Thanks Louis!
