Went to EYS to purchase 2 CNY A2 giftset. Was told that it was the last 2 set, however 1 of the boxes was slightly damage. Since it was for gifting, i requested for box replacement. Staff #1 told me cant change but there are so many giftset boxes on the shelves. Her reason was the barcode sticker at the back so cannot change.
So i suggested to take out the sticker and swop around. She refuses. Staff #2 gave me a even ridiculous reply, damage boxes need to return to warehouse then can exchange.
Seriously? Why so inflexible? It is just a sticker. Customer service attitude is hack care, u want to buy then buy else get lost..

Just wanna go in buy a cny hamper, male senior staff with a “can’t be bothered” attitude provides little information or no assistance whatsoever. When asked “a”, was replied with “b”, lack of work passion, professionalism, knowledge, or the will to want to service n do his job. I do think the staff in this outlet needs to undergo training again. I wouldn’t revisit this outlet n spend a dime in it. Probably it should close down as well. I would go Zheng Zhong ping next door instead for the very obvious reasons

Today went to harbour front outlet served by Shanen, she was kind , friendly and great service. Strong product knowledge 👍.Another one more pretty staff also provide their ginseng tea. Lovely 🌹 …
