Service from Santos and his team (Sienna, Brynne and Zoe) was exceptional. We dine out a lot and it’s very rare to have a team remember you by name and take such good care of you throughout the night.
The steaks were very clean tasting but mine was definitely more medium rare than rare, and my husband’s was undercooked. The pasta also had a bit too heavy of a lemon flavour.
Other than that we had a really lovely evening and would be happy to return!

Really enjoyed our dinner by the pool — such a nice and chill atmosphere. Big thanks to Sharun, Joanna, and another staff (didn’t catch the name) for the amazing service. Super friendly and helpful. The food recommendation was spot on, and their Sentosa Sling cocktail is a must-try.

We recently dined at the Empire Grill at Raffles Sentosa, and the experience was fantastic! The classic Tuscan dishes were well prepared and flavor. The service was top-notch, living up to the high standards we've come to expect from a Raffles hotel. Special mention to our exceptional server, Shareen, who provided attentive and personalized service throughout our meal. A great spot for a delicious dinner!"

Had a very pleasant dining experience. The service was exceptional—Preshna, Spenna, and Brynn were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. Their thoughtful gestures made our dinner truly memorable. We were especially touched by the birthday card signed with well wishes from all the staff. Highly recommended!

We were one of the lucky first few to have booked the villa at Raffles Sentosa. Staying here, we decided to go for the full experience by having dinner at Empire grill. Service was warm. Mr. Fernando treated us with plenty of smiles, rest of the crew were also very genuine. Our kids were also very well accommodated.
Dishes here were simple yet well executed. However we only tried their limited menu, they have yet to launch their full menu, can't wait to return again.

a different food to try in sentosa. the octopus leg was cook perfectly, great for starters. lobster linguine was pack with flavours and a must order.
