Utterly disappointed with the service at this outlet. This is a Saturday, I brought my pair of defective shoes down to VivoCity with my child because the soles were disproportionately worn off in comparison to the other parts of the shoes. We wasted our weekend here. As a matter of fact, the shoes are in good condition, exception for the soles. I brought them to the shop to find out what can be done. The supervisor bluntly told me nothing can be done, as it is an old model. She asked me to find a cobbler to fix it - which is impossible because the entire sole is one whole piece and part of it has broken off, or offered me a 10% discount for their shoes, which is a mere fraction of what I have paid for. I have been buying Ecco shoes for years and this experience is sorely disappointing. I will NOT return to this store again, and quite possibly, never patronise this brand again given the poor quality and customer service.

My partner stopped by to purchase a pair of formal shoes and Ewan was the one who helped us with it. Ewan was very attentive and helpful through out with all the questions we had. Thank you Ewan!

Their staff is very polite,I bought a pair of my boots and I took the wrong size (big) so I went back the next day and I exchanged in a smaller size and they very kind.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your staff members during my recent visit to your store at Vivo City on 21/12/24. While on my way going in, I accidentally dropped a piece of a baby biscuit outside the store. The male sales assistant, rather than offering any help or assistance, rudely instructed me to clean it up. This was both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by his response. I kindly request that you review your staff's customer service standards and remind them of the importance of maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude towards all customers. I hope that future interactions with your staff will reflect the high standards associated with the ECCO brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

My wife Jenny and I have a very remarkable experience at ECCO in Vivo City on 13 Nov 2021. Mr Sato attended to us and provides an excellent service. He is very patient and knowledgeable and recommended a variety of shoes to us & explained the characteristics and special features of the shoes for us to try on. We are deeply impressed with his excellent service.

Friendly service and the Ecco products they give u value for money not like the products that l bought from Cole Haan. It is so expensive n not lasting supposed to be leather but not !
