Returned an item today due quality issues. Overall experience is that staff is not customer focused and generally unsympathetic. Top spainish brand and high price tag does not equates to good customer service nor good quality product.

Mira from the Vivocity outlet is a great service staff. Courteous, helpful and patient. I hardly can find such service rendered to us in a long time. Mostly will be showing us an “irritated” face if we have many requests to try this and that. I was happy with her service so we bought 5 pieces of clothes. Thumbs up and she should be recognized by her bosses.
