Went to buy fans n induction cooker. Glad to have very helpful staff around, including Mr Freddy who advised us on ongoing promotion to get even better deals. Salesperson has good knowledge in the Air Conditioning. Patience in explaining the product detail. But poor after sales service. Remote Control was not given after installation.
The salesperson did not highlight any additional potential charges when closing the sales.
They will push you to resolve with the Contractor on your own for the the additional charges (for additional trip due to ID box up, and additional pipe length which is already the shortest routing for a standard BTO layout). Do watch out for that.
Might as well I purchase it from the Contractor than Best Denki.
