bought 3-wick candles first time from online store. but underside of one cap is stained which cannot be removed by sponge scrub. quite disappointed. although no one see the underside, it leaves a bad taste and unpleasant experience with first time purchase.

Aura was so approachable and friendly the moment my family and I stepped into the shop. She patiently attended to my queries and also my teenagers with a smile! She also explain the cost savings that we will get with our purchases. 2 thumbs up!
