I had a wonderful experience at the Bath & Body Works in VivoCity! Kim, the staff who assisted me, was so friendly and accommodating. I really loved the way she approached me and explained the different perfumes patiently. Because of her, I ended up buying 8 pieces, and I’m so happy with my purchase! Eliza is such a bubbly and friendly staff member! She was incredibly enthusiastic and patient with me, even when I went back three times because I couldn’t make up my mind. I went to the Vivo City store and had fun with CES. She did a demo of the Sweetest Song, scrubbed my hand and put the lotion. She is very knowledgeable and very warm and accommodating. Love her! Go to her, she is a gem!
