As we continue to scale, we are looking for driven and commercially sharp Sales Account Managers to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and qualified sales leads

  • Conduct detailed requirement discovery to understand client objectives, budgets, and timelines

  • Work closely with design and procurement teams to propose suitable and creative gift solutions

  • Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each client

  • Issue accurate quotations, invoices, and follow up through to deal closure

  • Manage client relationships professionally from first contact to post-delivery

  • Maintain proper documentation and sales records

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with clients and China-based suppliers

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Minimum experience:

    • Associate level: ≥ 6 months in sales

    • Manager level: ≥ 3 years in sales

  • Background in corporate gifts, merchandising, sourcing, or related industries is a strong advantage

  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator skills are a plus (not mandatory)

  • Additional language skills are an advantage

  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and commercially minded
