Job Description

Support and continuously improve IT infrastructure environments, including network, server, and cloud platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and group companies to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and service requests, including first-level analysis and escalation when necessary.

Support stable infrastructure operations in compliance with internal standards, security policies, and procedures.

Support the planning and execution of small to medium-scale IT infrastructure projects, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Prepare status updates, reports, and documentation for management (Manager / GM / DGM).
