Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Work Type: 3+9 Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 4,500 per month

What you will be working on?

Application Processing and Review

• Conduct initial assessment and review of all incoming applications to ensure completeness and compliance with scheme requirements
• Serve as the first line of quality control, identifying missing documentation or information gaps
• Maintain accurate records of application status and progress through established tracking systems

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination

• Communicate directly with applicants to clarify requirements, request additional information, and provide updates on application status
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the application review process
• Provide professional and timely responses to applicant enquiries throughout the assessment period

Decision Communication and Follow-up

• Notify applicants of assessment outcomes, including both successful and unsuccessful applications, and provide information on next steps
• Process acceptance forms from successful applicants and ensure all required documentation is received
• Collect and review content materials from successful applicants for website publication

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
