I absolutely love shopping at Watsons VivoCity!
The store is always well-stocked, clean, and organized, making every visit a breeze. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—they go out of their way to assist with product recommendations and make you feel welcome. I always find great deals and discover new beauty and wellness products I didn’t even know I needed! Whether it's skincare, cosmetics, or daily essentials, Watsons VivoCity never disappoints. I'm very dissapointed with the cashiers attitude during my purchase on sunday 23/6. There was no other customer during my checkout. It means they are not busy to handle my purchase. I rejected plastic bag at the first place because i'm thinking manage to bring them all but end up I'm coming back to purchase it. Both of the cashier just pass the plastic bag while chit chatting & one of them rolling eye in front of me (I don't know if she intentionally want to express her feeling right in front me or did not notice i'm aware). I don't mind to pay extra 10cent for the plastic. But cashier did not charge me for that instead of gave me unfriendly face look. Cashier was one indian muslim lady & one 'chubby' chinese lady. This attitude should not happen as there are consider front desk person. They let customer walk out with unhappy feeling.

I love buying in Watsons Vivo City because the Store Manager Abigail is very warm and welcoming. You will surely buy items if she happens to assist you. Happy GNC is back in Watson.

Checkout kiosks are much faster. The “buy 1 get 1 free” sign at the kiosk was confusing. In the end, I bought two tubes of L’Oreal 32H infallible matter cover with 35% discount.

I hope the outlet doesn’t allow cross selling by promoters for other services outside of Watson’s product. Was approached by a guy selling Dolphin vacuum, told him I wasn’t interested at least 15 times yes, at least and no, he didn’t give up asking and pestering me. I know he is doing sales and trying to make a living but I am really not interested in whatever free things he wants to give. I was in a hurry to get the items I needed from watsons and not interested to get a vacuum from here.

I needed to get some gauze bandage but I was with my dog in a pram outside the store. Kate (trainee staff I think) was handing out pamplets at the store entrance. When I approached her help to make the purchase for me as I was unable to leave my dog outside, she gladly went to grab the stuff for me. She even made multiple trips to let me see the options available and even to help me get my membership details. Really very kind and helpful gal. Made the shopping experience so much better and efficient for me! Thank you Kate! Keep up the good work! Happy says thank you too!

Vivo City Phamacist Clivia and thr Store Manager Abigail are very friendly people. I love to visit this store.

Today I went to vivo city watsons to shop for some daily necessities that I usually use. I found that the watsons service staff candy & Abigail who are polite and customer service- oriented the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to buy medicine and drugs, supliments. My kid was sick and i need some vitamins, so this place is the bet you could get.
