Shopped at the Vivo City outlet and the staff were really helpful. Their bra specialist was very detailed in making sure I got the right bra size and fit. Great experience.

Emy sold me on the perfume and body section, I bought the bare perfume, fell in love she was great service always there to help and let me try a lot of there smells! Definitely recommend

I had a great experience at Victoria’s Secret vivo this branch is well organized and all the ataff are accommodating special thanks to Geraldine helping me. She was very kind and patient, assisted me with trying on bras, and suggested nice pieces that really fit me well. She made me feel comfortable and confident with my choices.

The store is very large and spread across 2 floors. It might look a bit intimidating to enter as the customer to staff ratio is usually >1:1 and sometimes the staff are more interested in chatting with each other rather than stepping up to assist right away. This may be more staff-specific, in a different corner of the store the staff were more on the ball about greeting and offering assistance. In terms of selection I noticed they had more bags/pouches vs the other stores e.g cardholders or wristlets.

I’ve always loved shopping at Victoria’s Secret, and this visit was no exception! The store has such a wide variety of styles, from everyday essentials to more luxurious pieces. The quality is consistently good, and everything feels comfortable yet stylish. The staff were also super helpful in recommending sizes and new arrivals. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for lingerie, sleepwear, or even just some self-care treats.
