Was there on 27 May 2025 to purchase some ulcer gel from the pharmacist. As it is a controlled item, we had to produce his identity card using so that he could purchase it. His age was on his identity card and when asked if he is entitled to the senior citizen discount, he now asked for his Pioneer status which he had problem retrieving from his mobile phone. This is the most ridiculous request as his age is on his ID yet he has to prove his age again.

The Unity store at Vivocity is directly linked to Fairprice Xtra at level 1. The payment for the Unity products must be done within Unity (cannot be paid together with Fairprice purchases).

Seems like the male pharmacist (wears specs, forgot his Chinese name) is quite blur and totally regret asking him and buying the medicine.
After the lady in front of me in the queue paid for the medicine he turned his attention to me and asked what I needed but the lady was still standing at the counter bcos he was still holding on to her medicine without realising and she had to remind him she hasn’t walked away bcos he hasn’t passed her the medicine LOL.
Afterwards, I asked for vomitting medicine but he was replying so quietly and I could barely hear him throughout. He looked like he was forced to work as a pharmacist there. Worst part is that he gave me the wrong medicine and it didn’t have effect and when I went to the doctor, the doctor told me the medicine was meant for diarrhoea… Jesus Christ man, how is this guy a certified pharmacist?

Recently opened at VivoCity, this Unity outlet is one of the biggest one around. There is a wide range of pharmaceutical, healthcare and skincare products available. There is also a pharmacy counter in case you need to prescribe any medication as well.

I’m giving a 5 just because they have lots of Korean skincare which I couldn’t find anywhere in SG.

maybe don’t have your employees in the skincare area, walk up to customers and pick a facial feature that needs “fixing”. i have observed and experienced employees starting their sales pitch with - “ looking to fix your dark spots”, “products to fix your acne”, when the customer hasn’t even mentioned what they are looking for. it’s highly rude.

I bought medicine here that required dispensing from a larger container. The guy took a bottle from inside, and without washing or disinfecting his hands or putting on gloves, proceeded to dispense 10 pills into another container right at the counter. Is that even hygienic? I expected better

The pharmacy here has a good stock of prescribed medicine, some of which are out of supply in clinics and other pharmacies. If your doctor prescribes some form of medication that you need to get from a pharmacy, give this one a look.

Very unfriendly pharmacist with an almost aggressive demeanor. I wanted to pay for an item but was unaware I was at the pharmacist counter. Therefore I asked if I could pay for the item there, was met with a straight and cold "No" with no further assistance and she just sat there and stared at me. Could have told me the payment counters were located elsewhere. I didn't know being a customer I should "know" the store and everything else like the back of my hands. Awful awful experience. The team members however were quite the opposite. They were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.
