Products are great but not the boutique manager. I approach the boutique manager to ask certain christmas products prices. From her tone of reply and body gesture, she doesn't seem interested to assisting me.Answering me with slothful manner whereas she serves other older customers with enthusiasm. Perhaps I am only wearing too casual(T shirt and joggers),might not look like someone with buying power. Her attitude changed until I asked her to get more stocks from the storeroom and during check out. If I do not need my purchase urgently, I would have gone to other branch instead.

I find their items slightly pricey but the quality is consistent. Skip the body butters unless you like a very thick finish - they don't absorb well.
