Fantastic experience with Mr Jeremiah at Ogawa. He was very detailed and patient. I have tried many brands and finally found 1 that is truly what I want. The experience on the massage chair was on a totally different level (Like masseur) and Jeremiah was very kind in assisting me with Tangs rebate.

I purchased a luggage from TangsVivo (Atrium) today, and I found the products offered there to be highly worthwhile and durable.
The prices on the brand items were very reasonable, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
I was particularly impressed by the significant discount available at the store. Additionally, the excellent customer service and attentiveness of the staff member really stood out; provided thorough explanations of the product, which greatly enhanced my understanding of the brand and its offerings.

I visited Tangs to purchase a gift for my boss and was specifically looking for body wash and perfume sets, as he travels frequently. Samantha, the promoter at the Coach counter, listened attentively to my requirements and provided thoughtful recommendations. She also kindly included complimentary trial-sized lotion and perfume samples for me- to encourage a future purchase. Her professionalism and customer-focused approach make her a true asset to Tangs.

Shopped for shirts here last week and it was a great experience. The promoter was extremely helpful and quick, without ever being pushy. Loved the new layout too. It’s airier and brighter, with a wide entrance that allows you to see many of the brands TANGS is carrying. Would definitely come here again to shop; by the way, I got two Cote Opera shirts for a great price. Believe young families would enjoy shopping here too. There’s quite a lot of kids’ brands and apparel, like Miffy and Hegen.

Went to TANGS for some window shopping as my friend was late again as usual. I totally had no intention to buy anything since I don’t need anything.
Was browsing the accessories section and was approached by the Retail Staff Tan Chin Yean, who was friendly and gave me excellent service. I was happy with her service and bought a nice looking ring from her.
The cashier Noor Ain Hafizah who served me was friendly and efficient as well.
Happy for TANGS Department Store to have such great employees, who are well trained in their jobs and provide great customer service.

I Would like to compliment staff Poh Sim from the ladies shoes department for her patient, friendly, helpful and professional service.
I was at the Suunysteps shoes area but there was no promoter. Poh Sim was very attentive and immediately came to attend to me. She was polite in her approach, took effort to obtain the right fit and colour according to my request, and each time she had to go in to the store to get the shoes , she expressed concern if I’m in a hurry as she didn’t want to keep me waiting. She even asked if it is convenient for me to return in 2-3 days as there will be in store 12% discount and she offered to reserve my items for me till then. Felt this was the extra value service she provided as she put customer’s interest first.
She also offered that i can look for her on my return.
Her service attitude is commendable.

One of the best malls in Singapore. Base have a big selection of Kitchenware and appliances from different brands to choose from. Varieties of High end cosmetics and perfumes sections are available on Level 1. Usually crowded on the weekends but still it's worth going to this place for your needs.
