I ordered the experience tasting menu and every dish was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Suggara offers more than just a meal, with storytelling woven into each dish for those who wish to listen.
The Tapitas were exceptional, and their creative take on the Spanish omelette was a delightful surprise. The beetroot dish stood out as fresh, inventive, and thoroughly enjoyable. Every course delivered rich umami flavors, and there was not a single dish I did not enjoy.
Special thanks to Markos, May, and Gavin for their professional service and warm hospitality, which made the evening even more memorable.

The star of the night was the Suquet, a rich Catalan seafood stew with grilled Alfonsino fish and mussels. The fish was so smoky and tender, it tasted almost like roasted meat—absolutely delicious. We also really enjoyed the Txuleta, with grilled vintage beef paired with charred baby gem lettuce that added the perfect balance.
Service at Sugarra was warm and professional, and the ambiance felt refined yet welcoming. They also offer an optional cheese cart to round off the meal. If you’re looking for authentic Spanish fine dining in Singapore, Sugarra at RWS Sentosa is a must-try.

I’ve experienced a fair share of fine dining in Singapore, and this place truly stands out. I have a soft spot for Spanish and savory dishes, and every course here had a unique twist that made it memorable. The presentation was impeccable, and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special dining experience.

Besides the tortilla patatas and suckling pig belly ,everthing else was mediocre. The tapas display was pretty but that's about it. The green tart was a bad start as a first tapas, tasted bitter and weird. . The bacalao fish was extremely dry and tasteless. The coconut sago dessert was totally thai, couldnt find anything spanish in it . Very disappointing. Service was slow, lack professionalism and enthusiasm. Pricey for this level of food and service.. won't be back.
